How do I activate my license key?

After purchase, navigate to your Dashboard → API Keys. Copy your license key and paste it into the Chrome extension's settings panel.

Can I use PicoBox on multiple devices?

Yes. Your PicoBox account can be used across multiple Chrome browser profiles and devices. Subscription limits apply per account, not per device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Dashboard, navigate to Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Does CompanyInsight work on any website?

Yes. Simply select/highlight any company name on any webpage, right-click, and choose "Analyze Company" from the context menu.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods via our payment processor Lemon Squeezy.
